How do you stack the rocks? What’s a nice arrangement? Is there something pleasing about twisting them like that? How should they look? How should the water look? How will the water move?
Exercises like this kept me going in times of creative uncertainty, constantly pushing me to ask questions and provide answers like that. It shouldn’t be perfect, but it should feel good. I hope looking at this does that for you.
